How are items packaged?

Domestic (within India) orders are carefully packaged with tamper-proof courier bags to avoid any form of damage.

International orders are carefully packaged with tamper-proof courier bags and corrugated boxes to avoid any form of damage.

What are the shipping charges?

Gubbii Creatives provides free delivery on orders above ₹1500 for most items in India. Some items may have a shipping charge depending on the nature of the product. For international orders, shipping charges vary by item and are mentioned clearly on the product page — prices may also differ by country.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the delivery location is in a rural or remote area.

What is the estimated delivery time?

To give the best fit and finish, most of our pieces are made to order with customer confirmation on measurements — the estimated delivery time is 10–15 working days. All orders are shipped within 10 days from our units.

For urgent, time-bound requirements (birthdays, weddings, etc.), please contact us on WhatsApp (9900699708) or email support@gubbii.com with your expected delivery date — we'll do our best to align production accordingly.

How will the delivery be done?

• We ship through reputed courier partners including Bluedart, DHL, DTDC, French Express, and ST Courier. Where a pincode isn't serviceable by these partners, we use Indian Speed Post.
• If no courier service is available in your area, we'll contact you to arrange a convenient alternate delivery location.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes — Gubbii Creatives ships worldwide. We use DHL Express to deliver your order safely and on time.

Some countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials. It's the customer's responsibility to check with local customs authorities before placing an international order. Gubbii Creatives is not responsible for delays or failures caused by customs, legal, or regulatory restrictions, and may decline to process an order where delivery could be subject to destination-country restrictions.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

All orders are shipped through courier partners who provide a tracking ID. We'll email or WhatsApp you the tracking number once your order is dispatched — you can also view it in your order history after logging into your account.

Who pays local taxes outside India?

Customs duty and other applicable international taxes must be borne by the customer, in accordance with the laws of the destination country.
